GDC’s luxury rental development pipeline includes Bridgewater North and South at the Ludlow Metro-North Station in Yonkers, and Peekskill Landing, a proposed mixed-use development across from the Peekskill Metro-North Station, fronting the city’s waterfront park.

The office component of City Square (50 Main Street and 11 Martine Avenue) is part of a select portfolio of Westchester County commercial properties owned and managed by GDC. 50 Main is White Plains’ most successful multi-tenant office building, with 95% occupancy.  11 Martine is fully leased to the Westchester County Department of Health for its administrative office.
