Winchester Villages

Winchester was named The National Association of Home Builders Best Community over 150 Units in 1996. The 188 semi-attached homes were designed to create the environment of a single-family neighborhood and to fit the uphill and downhill conditions of the site, thereby preserving trees and minimizing re-grading. Old stone farm walls were preserved and reused to emphasize the residential character of the development. The development of a pond and fountain using storm water generated by the site creates an attractive water feature.
